Appropriate dance attire must be worn for class (teacher’s choice) and include black leotard . The hair should always be impeccably picked up.

Absences in relation to education, medical condition, or religious events are excused. If students are absent from a class without any reasons (no show), there will be no make-up classes. Parents should therefore email or whatsapp the studio in advance if their child will be absent.

For sick leave, please contact the Academy before class and present a doctor’s certificate so that we can arrange a make up class (of same level or below) accordingly within the same term. No refunds will be given for any missed classes. All make-up classes need to be taken within the enrolled term and such classes cannot be credited to a subsequent term.

All classes will be automatically canceled for Typhoon Signal 8, Black Rain Warning, or higher. Forced government closures due to the weather or COVID-19 are circumstances beyond our control and therefore refunds are not possible. However, we will try our best to arrange make-up classes.

No classes will be scheduled on public holidays unless under special circumstances.

No refunds will be given for withdrawals or cancellations made after 1 month of the course start date. In addition, all withdrawals or cancellations will be subject to a $250 admin fee (per course). You must notify us by email at least 1 week prior to the withdrawal.

I acknowledge and consent to allow Venus Villa Dance Academy to use photos and/or videos of my child/myself in publications (such as flyers/brochures), advertisements (such as newspapers or online ads), our studio’s website, or on social media sites (such as the studio’s Facebook or Instagram account).

I hereby declare that I have enrolled my child in Venus Villa Dance Academy class/rehearsal/event with the full awareness of the physical demands of the class/rehearsal/event and that my child is physically fit and capable to do so at their own risk and responsibility. I agree to abide by the rules and conditions by Venus Villa Dance Academy and I hereby release, waive, and discharge Venus Villa Dance Academy Ltd and all their directors, teachers, and employees, from any and all liability for losses, claims, damages, death, or injuries suffered as a result of their participation in a Venus Villa Dance Academy class/rehearsal/event.
